It seems that the woes continue to haunt Shah Rukh Khan as the superstar was recently quizzed for over 6 hours by Enforcement Directorate. Shah Rukh co-owns the cricket team Kolkata Knight Riders in Indian Premiere League and he was interrogated over the controversies attached to the season 2 of the league. Shah Rukh was called upon to give his statement in regards to payment of taxes and alleged irregularities in holding of IPL - 2.
The Enforcement Directorate confirmed that they have recorded his statement and have also asked him to submit documents relating to the buying of players, advertising, profit and loss and shareholding pattern of his franchise to them within two weeks. Apart from SRK, cricket biggies like former BCCI president Shashank Manohar and cricketer Ravi Shastri have also been interrogated by the same agency.
