Ra.One scores higher on Day 2 :CineJwala:

Despite of releasing on the auspicious day of ‘Lakshmi Pujan’, Bollywood’s most expensive film ‘Ra.One’ successfully garnered an impressive Rs. 18 crores on its opening day. However it was not able to beat Salman Khan Starrer ‘Bodyguard’s opening collections which stand proud at the score of Rs 21 crore. However if figures are to be believed ‘Ra.One’ has successfully jumped the gun and has set its own records on second day of its release. The film’s collection suddenly saw a huge rise in compared to day one. While on day one, it earned a humongous Rs. 18 crore approximately on day two they have witnessed a huge jump as the film has garnered Rs. 25 crore on its second day of release. According to a famous trade analyst of Bollywood, the film has crossed the RS. 25 crore and has set benchmark in terms of box-office collections. Apart from that the overseas shows too are doing great business and the Tamil-Telugu versions of the film are also steadily adding to the film’s collections.

With the weekend also set to roll in, the business is expected to see a sharp rise.
