Yesterday the whole Bollywood was put in a shock when they heard Salman Khan had an heart attack and admitted in hospital.

Close sources says Salman Khan is very well promoting for his upcoming movie ''Bodyguard''.

Salman Khan is admitted in Saifee Hospital in Mumbai and Salman Khan was not able to reach yesterday in his personal number or via his manager.Salman  had an heart attack and angioplasty will be performed on him.

When Salman Khan was called he laughed and said how is that possible i did n't have any heart attacks before and not now aswell...after hearing this i may get one he laughs...
