Aamir Khan was recently quizzed for his take on Salman Khan and Ajay Devgn’s successful comeback to the genre of action; he stated that he was quite happy as well as thrilled with their success and the response that they’ve got for their respective films. But Aamir Khan was quick to make a note and subtly took a part of credit for himself and his film ‘Ghajini’. Aamir stated that if people want to get their facts right of the film that bought back raw action back, he would like to state that it was his blockbuster film ‘Ghajini’ that revived the genre of action in the industry.
While many consider Salman’s successful films like ‘Dabangg’ and ‘Wanted’ to bring back action, Aamir doesn’t wants to lose out the opportunity to get some due credit for himself. While Salman’s ‘Dabangg’ had scored approximately Rs. 212 crores at box-office, Aamir’s ‘Ghajini’ was the one that earned Rs. 189 crores. And the recently released film ‘Singham’ has already crossed the 100 crore benchmark and is still going strong at box-office.
