A.R.Rahman Beckons Honor :CineJwala:

A R Rahman, after winning two nominations at the Annual Academy Awards this year, has now been nominated for the World Soundtrack Awards in the Best Original Song Written Directly For A Film category for If I Rise in Danny Boyle’s 127 Hours.

The event will be held at Ghent, Belgium on October 22. The work of the Boyle-Rahman duo in 127 Hours, which starred James franco in the lead, was appreciated throughout the world.

The two have earlier worked together in Slumdog Millionaire, for which A R Rahman won the Oscars and the Golden Globe as well.
