Farhan in "Amdavad"

Farhan Akhtar has recently given his fans more than one reasons to rejoice. The actor is starring in his sister Zoya Akhtar’s film ‘Zindagi Milegi Na Dobara’, will soon be out with ‘Don 2’ and has now signed another film to treat his fans. Farhan has signed Abhishek Kapoor’s film that is inspired by Chetan Bhagat’s best-selling novel ‘3 Mistakes of My Life’.

However, Farhan will not be playing the main protagonist of the film as when he was narrated the script, he loved the pivotal role of the protagonist friend that plays a cricketer in the film.


Initially the film was to star only fresh faces but now a known face will play the lead in the film. The film is titled ‘Amdavad’ as it is about three friends from the same city in Gujarat.
