Although the CBI sleuths interrogated the YSR Congress chief YS Jagan for about five days, they failed to collect the complete information to prove him guilty.
During the 5-day custody permitted to CBI, Jagan has been gilled for about 35-40 hours. For most of the time, it was CBI JD Lakshminarayana who questioned the Kadapa MP about the quid pro quo deal, suitcase companies and hawala transactions. However, Jagan tested the patience of the investigation sleuths either by saying everything has been done as per law or by maintaining silence.
As Jagan is tightlipped about the huge financial fraud, the investigation officials are planning to use their most powerful weapon, which means the Narco Analysis Test. A petition may be filed in the CBI court in the next couple of days seeking permission for using the 'Truth Drug' on Jagan.
