STORY -
It is a poignant tale till the last reel of the film. Pavithra - Manjari has the practice of writing quotations that are touching the hearts. To one of the quotations written on a KSRTC bus Manu - Ganesh an architect in life reciprocate. The exchange of quotations bring them very near. When they decide to meet on one day rain is a havoc and the exchange of buses keep them at dismay.
Accidentally Manu and Pavitra are seen in the marriage hall as couple. Back home in Manu house the new couple are distant. Both are under the impression that they are doing injustice to the pure love. The minds do not meet. They apply for divorce.
Manu father ask his son to remove the Mangalasutra tied to Pavithra. The dejected couple separate. When Pavithra is traveling with her parents the phone call that comes to her father mobile takes the film to a new journey, Again it is a sad thing because Pavithra father throws the mobile in the window. Pavithra back to college finds in the bus the face book chat discussion of younger students. She get back what she wanted. Manu meets Pavithra at the college she has mentioned in the face book. Thus the true love not die.

ANALYSIS -
Director S Narayan is very well known for handling this kind of tragic tales. He makes the audience to know everything but among the characters he keeps the suspence.
The narration is fantastic and the missing technique has worked out very well. For all such scripts that have come in the past 'Beladingala Baale' is the base. The director at one point errs especially in the second half. When Manu father knows about his son mood is somewhere, that is especially when he brings a vegetable written in the marker by Pavithra he does not go into the detail. He keeps the vegetable bought by his son in the cup board. The audience feel he should have gone a little detail in to it.
Director S Narayan has not given up some the thoughts he has carried in his earlier films. A sleeping man done make up as dead, MN Lakshmi Devi taking liquor and behaving badly, the bell episode of Lakshmi Devi are not in good taste. It is high time S Narayan graduate from such clumsy scenes. The second half is predictable that the lovers would join again. When the court order for divorce and removing of Mangalasutra scenes come up the audience feel it is a tragedy. But again the director goesf or the happy ending.
Director S Narayan picking up the latest system of internet mania - facebook shows the advanced thinking of the director. It is the facebook that rejoins the already give up Pavithra and Manu.
PERFORMANCE-
Golden star Ganesh has given a convincing performance. There is very less romantic moments for him. He is the main stay of this film 'Munjane'. He looks very refreshing throughout the film. Manjari is not the right choice for Golden star Ganesh. She looked aged and in the acting department she is OK. The close ups of Manjari could have been avoided. The wide mouth is minus point for her.
Malavika as mother of Ganesh is very good and sometime she looks better than the heroine. Raghavendra Joshi is OK. Rajendra Karanth has a different role to perform. S Narayan in the comedy role is convincing.
TECHNICALITY -
This is technically advanced cinema. The usage of facebook is the first full utilisation of modern facility. Secondly Jagadish Wali cinematography is superb. He did wonders in Shyloo and continues his magical works again. S Narayan as music director has given splendid tunes. The song O Hoove...is very haunting for long time. There are two more melodious songs.
The graphic work and slow motion works applied for this film is the new technical improvement of S Narayan home production.
Two songs with slow motion capture gives a wonderful feel for the viewers.
Last but not the Least - 'Munjane' is refreshing like the morning cool breeze.
