Mother in TDP, Daughter in YSR Congress Party

TDP MLC Nannapaneni Rajakumari has condemned the reports in a section of media that she would be joining YSR Congress party soon.

Nannapaneni's daughter Sudha and her Son-In-Law Lateef Reddy joined YSR Congress in the presence of party president YS Jagan during his recent Odarpu Yatra in the Guntur district. N. Sudha might be contesting the 2014 Assembly elections from Vinukonda constituency. These developments has given rise to the specualtions that Nannapaneni is next on the list.

Nannapaneni admitted that she tried her best to dissuade her daughter from joining the YSR Congress, but failed to stop her. "We can't dictate the future of others," said Nannapaneni.

Nannapaneni, however, made it clear that she would continue in the Telugu Desam Party.
