Venkatesh turns 51 today:Cinejwala:

Victory Venkatesh who is currently awaiting the release of his next film Bodyguard is celebrating his 51 birthday today. Incidentally, the audio launch function of this film is going to be held at Shilpakala Vedika, Hyderabad today. Usually, Venkatesh will be celebrating his birthdays in foreign countries every year and this time he has decided to celebrate his birthday with his fans. He was born to producer D Ramanaidu and Rajeshwari in Chennai on December 13, 1960.

Venky as he is fondly called made his debut as a child actor in Akkineni Nageswara Rao’s Prem Nagar. He made his successful debut as hero with Kaliyuga Pandavulu in 1986 which earned him his first Nandi Award for best male debut actor of the year. He delivered many commercial hits and became one of the most promising versatile heroes of Tollywood.

Till date, he has won 7 Nandi Awards, 4 Film Fare Awards and many other wards for his notable performances. So far, he has featured in 64 films. He recently completed 25 years in Tollywood. His brother D Suresh Babu is a successful producer and has produced so many hit films with Venky under Suresh Productions banner.

Venkatesh recently agreed to act as one of the male leads in Dil Raju’s Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu. The film also stars Super Star Mahesh Babu as other hero.
