It was rejoicing moment for young and promising actor of Kannada cinema Srikanth and his father Govindaraju on Sunday morning.
It was the birthday of actor Srikanth, 100 days celebration of ‘Olave Mandhara’ the first film of producer father and son as actor and announcement of new film ‘Production No.2’ in the direction of Pradeep Verma.
The local councilor Govindaraju held the event just before his residence in Nagavara and his clout gathered hundred of friends and relatives. With the 100 days trophy ‘Bhagawad Geetha’ of ISKCON Sri Bhakthi Vedantha

Producer Govindaraju, local councilor agreeing that he has not made money yet from the 100 days run of ‘Olave Mandhara’ held a simple and tidy event to distribute mementos for his son Srikanth debut film on the birthday just in front of his residence in Nagavara locality
At the celebration event Govindaraju donated Rs.1000 cheque to ‘Nele Namma Mane’ authorities where the children from the road side live. Mahesh and Venkataramana who are running the orphan home received the cheque. Senior producer Janakiram who is producing ‘Jail’ Kannada film starring Srikanth, Sa Ra Govindu well known Kannada film producer and Guru for Govindaraju, director Jayatheertha, BBMP Srinivas were present at the triple event.
Three storied cake was cut by Srikanth as the fireworks started for the celebration of birthday and he was offered huge garlands and crackers were burst behind the stage on this occasion.
From the artists and technicians side – director Jayatheertha, unit workers, sound engineer Palani, actor Shobaraj and a few others were present.
