Arjun Rampal plays the title role in the film ‘Ra.One’ and his wicked look was for the very first time in the four months of long promotions was unveiled recently. He not only looks vindictive but also is seen in a leaner frame for the same film. To personify the villainous character, Arjun had to undergo a rigorous training in order to get the desired shape that the script demanded. He had to loose oodles of weight and in the given time. Before starting the film he was given just a month’s time to get into the desired frame and shape. As he was supposed to look like a machine, he had to look much toned and get into leaner shape to authenticate the character sketch. For this he reduced his intake of carbohydrates and started consuming lots of protein. At one point of time carbohydrates completely vanished from his diet and body and had fallen to an alarming score. Well if shedding weight wasn’t enough, he also had to sacrifice his silky locks as he was asked to shave off his head for that rugged look that is currently making the headlines.
