Young Hero Ram’s latest movie 'Kandireega' is all set to release on August 12. Kandireega producer Bellam konda put himself into controversy on releasing the ad of his film with release date without getting censored. This act is against the rules of the film chamber. Due to the violation of rules, it is known that he is fined by the Film chamber.
