Sid gifts house to Vidya:Cinejwala:

Seems like this year has brought a lot of happiness to Bollywood actor Vidya Balan! The actor is currently on seventh heaven, as her long time beau, UTV's CEO Siddharth Roy Kapoor gifted her lady love a sea-facing and classy apartment at Juhu. The house has cost Siddharth 14 crores of rupees. The sources close to the UTV honcho reveal, 'Siddharth was for a long time looking for a good home in Mumbai for Vidya. The deal was finalized last month'.  Vidya is very happy after getting this wonderful surprise from her love interest. The 33-year-old actor will be shifting to her new home by March next year.




Currently, the house is on renovation. Vidya has just visited the home once, and informed the security that she will soon be shifting to the lavish home by March. Reportedly, it is also speculated that Siddharth and Vidya are planning to move in together in their newly bought home.
