The most unacceptable thing is happening in the case of Dr Vishnuvardhana Memorial shifting from Bengaluru to Mysore. The move of the government of Karnataka that was approved by even Dr Bharathi Vishnuvardhana is something unexpected.

The legendary actor Dr Vishnuvardhana was cremated at next to Abhiman Studio on Mysore Road on two acres of land and the place has already got noted as Dr Vishnuvardhana Memorial place. The lakhs of fans of Dr Vishnuvardhana have started reaching this spot from the day of cremation on 31st December 2009. The sanctity has reached heights like Dr Rajakumar memorial achieved its significance.

From the two years the government has not been able to acquire the land of two acres from Abhimani Studio management. As a matter of fact the government has allotted this land to veteran actor Balakrishna who constructed Abhimanu studio. Later Balakrishna died with huge loans. The government of Karnataka waived the loan amount too.

Now the same government is asking for a piece of two acres of land announcing Rs.2 crores for Dr Vishnuvardhana Memorial but the family litigation in Balakrishna family is causing a big hindrance.

That does not mean we should shift the Dr Vishnuvardhana Memorial from this place to Mysore says the fans of Dr Vishnuvardhana who has already found sort of vibration at this place on Mysore Road.

How come Dr Bharathi Vishnuvardhana agreed for this shifting of Dr Vishnuvardhana Memorial? There is no value for the lakhs of Dr Vishnuvardhana fans sentiment?

No memorial of actors in South India took a shape all of a sudden or by overnight. It took years. Even after five years there is no final shape to Dr Rajakumar Memorial.

The fans of Dr Vishnuvardhana might break out on this issue.
