Ra.One (G.One) is a box office disappointment :CineJwala:

Shahrukh Khan’s high budgeted science fiction film Ra.One is dubbed in Telugu as G.One. This film is expected to set box office on fire due to the interesting content and aggressive publicity. But G.One ended up as a disappointment as the numbers are pretty low for a film of its caliber.

Pilla Zamindar ends up as a flop :CineJwala:

Nani starrer Pilla Zamindar got positive feedback from the critics and general public as well. It is lauded as a good entertainer with a strong message. But poor publicity didn’t help the cause for the film. Nani tried his best to lift the fortunes of the film but couldn’t do much as the film ended up as a loss venture.

Pilla Zamindar released after Dookudu and Oosaravelli tide hit the Tollywood box office and this small film went unnoticed by many. Nani suffered two flops this year with Sega and Pilla Zamindar after starting off with Ala Modalaindi, which was a very good hit.

Good films need to be publicized well to grab the attention of audience. Or else they will end up as flops. Small budget filmmakers are failing to promote their films aggressively. On the other hand big budget films are being promoted well to get back their investment at least.
